Integrated ITS and WEBGUI: Popup-Error in PR05

Hi,

we use ERP 2005 and the integtated its. We activate the internet service in SICF:

Service parameter:

~WEBGUI 1

~THEME sl

~WEBGUI_THEME SL

~SOURCES WEBGUI

~OKCODE PR05

~WEBTRANSCATIONTYPE EWT

~POPUPS 1

~GENERATEDYNPRO 1

~TRANSACTION WEBGUI

We start as you can see the transaction PR05 in the Webgui.

If we start entering the expense items additional popup come up for example hotel.

After the popup came up you can not enter any data anymore. And you cannot close the window.

We have to restart the transaction.

What could be the reason for this error.

Hi Thomas,

Is there a reason to point the service to webgui instead of pointing it directly to PR05? You can try the transaction PR05_ESS. I have tested both transactions in webgui with almost the same parameters and it's working fine for me.

Hi Ridouan,

I also tried pointing directly to PR05 and PR05_ESS. But then a Toolbar is missing. That's the reason for using WEBGUI.

You have no problems with Integrated ITS an PR05 ?

Which Layout had you chose in SE80? WEBGUI?

I would even prefer to do it without WEBGUI...

Hi Thomas,

I didn't create the Internet Service in SE80, I have just created a service in SICF.

I have the following parameters:

~TRANSACTION = PR05_ESS

~GENERATEDDYNPRO = 1

~POPUPS = 1

~WEBTRANSACTIONTYPE = EWT

We normally launch the transaction in a Portal iview (IAC).

I had the same issue you have with TRIP_EWT and the ~POPUPS =1 solve the issue.

I got a answer from SAP yesterday. Now it runs correctly.

The correct service parameter are:

Service WEBGUI:

~WEBGUI 1

~THEME SL

Service PR05_ESS

~WEBGUI 1

~THEME SL

~ TRANSACTION = PR05

Optional:

~SINGLETRANSACTION 1

~WEBGUI_SIMPLE_TOOLBAR nn (nn= 1, 32,43,160)
