i have to make RFC connection between flat file and BW.
so plase give me suggestion.

you do not need an RFC connection. Ask your BW specialist to do his work in RSA1.
Where does the flat file sit?
We give the application groups a UNIX level filesystem and set it up for them in AL11, they then use their programs to grab the file.
