in support ur part will be after final preparation and go live wherein the client is in need of your support about how to get along with the sap screens and you would be given tickets to solve them . tickets r time duration to solve 1 query from the client place it may be low , medium or high based on the client requirement .
IMPLEMENTATION PART . YOU WOULD GO THROUGH ALL PHASES OF SOLUTION MANAGER FROM PROJECT PREPARATION TILL GO LIVE AND SUPPORT .
