Hi,

Shopping cart created shows status as awaiting approval

But there is a no approval workflow and it shows workflow started and approved

PO is not getting created in the backend

Please help

Hi Diwakarnd,

There are some OSS notes available for this isse.

Note 1053433 - Extended classic: Incorrect status shown in check status

Note 962488 - "Workflow definition '&' not in version '&' (WD 401)

Hope this helps in resolving your issue otherwise check for some OSS notes.

For manually approving the SC use SWO1 and approve it using Obj. ID and Shopping cart number by clciking on set released icon.
