Material Costing

Hi,

Can anyone tell me regarding the material costing. My order is MTO. My client is telling that material cost was booked incorrectly. He is telling that he is having four steps in sale order regarding costing and in that upto 2nd stpe cost was booked correctly. From 3rd step it is not booking correctly.

So can anyone explain me clearly about this and can give me solution please.
