for idoc-jms scenario,
in XI side :
RFC Destination SM59
Creating Port : IDX1
Load Metadata: IDX2
in R/3 Side:
RFC Destination SM59
Creating Port : WE 20
Crating Parnter Profile: WE 21
no need for sender cc, in receiver cc u have to maintain the jms parameters
server:
Port:
jms Queue:
channel name:
jms queue mgr name:
jms queue user:
jms queue pwd:
these r parameters for jms cc..

in case of IDOCs involved you need to consider the following;
Sent/Receive IDOC:
you need to do the following:
In XI
SM59 - R3 connection pointing to R3
IDX1 - define the port with the above dest.
In R3
SM59 - R3 connection pointing to XI
WE21 - define the port with the above dest.
WE20 - Partner profile type outbound/Inbound
IDOC -> File
