PO Deletion in APO

Dear All,

Could someone please guide me regarding how to delete the PO created by TLB in APO which has not yet got CIFFed to R/3. Is there a BAPI for the same(DeleteMultiple) - or some other alternate way?

Hi Gulati,

I am not that experienced in SNP or TLB. Just for my knowledge, can you tell me why you want to delete POs in APO? I think they are in ECC at the same time and doesn't deleting them in APO create any problem? Can you just tell me the business case?

You can try with BAPI BAPI_POSRVAPS_REMOVEITEMS.

Do you have change pointers in APO to publish periodically to R/3 the TLB orders ? If yes, then try getting rid of the change pointer and running the CIF delta report to remove the POs in APO.

Try SE38 report /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER.

If the Shipment is not Published to OLTP then you should be able to delete using RLCDEL or manually in /SAPAPO/SNPTLB transaction - TLB Shipments screen.
