Basic authentication on XI Adapter Framework does not work

Hello,

I have installed the "XI Adapter Framework" on a pure WebAS. When I'm trying to register my Java Proxy bean (http://localhost:50000/ProxyServer/register?ns=http://com.sap.aii&interface=myInterface&bean=sap.com/MyProject/MyInboundProxy_PortTypeBean&method=myMethod), a window pops up and asks for authorization. I'm entering the Administrator log on data for the WebAS but it shows me "You are not authorized to view the requested resource". Any idea?

Additional Information: I didn't create any additional users on the J2EE Engine UME. Do I have to do that perhaps?
