Delete - Block Customer

I have two questions about customers on SD:

1. If I don't have any transaction with a customer and want to delete it; how can I do this?

2. How can I block a customer for anybody not to involve it a any transaction (again I don't have any transaction with a customer)?

If anybody can explain me briefly and step by step, I'll be happy.

Hi,

By using VD05 you can block the customer or you can set the deletion flag.

At the VD05 screen I choose "01 - Overall Block" at the "Order Block / All sales are", along wiht this I can still give orders from the customers that I have tried to block. Can you explain more briefly?

HI,

Use VD05 input the data and select customer from the menu and set the deletion flag for all the sales areas.

Hi

Go to the <b>VD06 </b>and block the particular customer. And also if u have many more to delete use <b>eCATT</b> tool for the same process

Or else Use <b>SARA </b>(archiving for the customer object) and then delete if the archiving is successful

Hi you can use XD05 /vd05 to block/unblock the customer
