Apply Support Packs Prior to upgrade???

Hi Guys,

We are doing upgrades. We are very behind with support packs and spam. Now, Should I apply all of the latest support packs then upgrade or I upgrade directory. I have one upgrade alredy without applying latest sp's, and some database problem not that critical. So, what SAP required? Should I apply supports packs first then upgrade or.. etc.. what is recomended?

Alf,

No you dont have to be at the latest SP level before upgrading. But the source release should be at some minimum level for upgrading to the next version . This can be seen in your Upgrade master guide.If you are that minimum level you are good
