Hi Satish,

Go to the sxmb_ifr and from there choose Administration. Once you login select

cache overview and there do the cache refresh for the adapter frame work (af.sid.hostname) and do full cache refresh and use pidiruser. once the cache is done successfully and now go and see in the RWB in Adapter monitoring.

Hi Satish,

This sounds like you have inconsistencies in the SLD.

Check in CIM Data for Business Systems and make sure that all the associations are there for this object.

Also refer the following:

I hope this helps u.

starting from a certain SP(i m not sure of which SP),adapters are part of channel monitoring.

hi

There could be a problem of:

1. Cache updation problem.

2. Few of your adapetes are in error state

3. check the communication channel monitoring...if any adapter is in error then it status is always red...

even if in the next attempt if interface testing is successful the adapter status will remain RED.

check out SAP Note 764176.
