1 lak records in Oracle Database

I have nearly 1 lak records in my existing database,

I am sending a request through a HTTP and expecting these 1 lak records in response.Is it possible?

Does a simpe Select SQL Query in my JDBC adapter will be available to fetch these records and send them as response?

Is there any other way to look around?

Will there be any performance issues?
