Hi,

I am getting Availibility Control Screen in Sales order, where it asks to Confirm the quantity and also End Lead time is 03/01/2008.

Does anyone know why I am getting the Screen in Sales Order? Where do they do this Configuration and why is the End lead time = 03/01/2008?

Dear Naga,

Availability check depends on the item category used in the order and the availability check in the material master data (Sales: General/Plant) data.

Could you kindly verify these?

Dear Naga

Normally in Sales Order, stock will be confirmed based on the settings you maintain in material master MPR2 view.

There your PP guys would have maintained "in-house production" and "GR processing time". Check that.

Also check in <b>OVLZ</b>. Based on the settings made in OVLZ ---> In Pick/pack time wrkdys, for example, if 5 is given in this field, even if stock is available on the same day of order creation, system will allow to do PGI only after 5 days from the date of order created.
