Can't open Sap Help library on web

Hi all,

I can't use SAP Help library,

I can do a research and open highlight but when I try to open the link inside the library I have a beautifull white pages with nothing inside.

I have tried with IE7, IE6 and Firefox (last version).

Can someone can help me on this stupide issue ?

I also had the same issue and then I found the problem to be with Norton, turn it off and try again....

Norton Firewall create a trouble with SAP Web Library...

Hi,

I am able to get into library.

There might be some problem in your system.

Clean up your system, restart and try again.
