Sizing of XI...

hi,

We have 45000 senders and one receiver..

in onther case...one sender and 45000 receivers...

Considering this scenario.....how can we manage the sizing of XI..Consider each of them sending 10 messages at a time...45000*10 ....

Any solution regarding Sizing of XI...

HI Raghavesh Reddy,

I think you might need app servers for that to support. I think, the way it should be calculated is by calculating Dialog. so as we all know, 1dialog support 10 users. I think, I think after having 1000 dialog in one system, need another app server. 1000x10=10,000. you may need 4 app server. Please check/consult with SAP or hardware consultant. Search on little bit how much dialog can you have. I think you can have more than 1000 dialog but you need more RAM. You might need 16 gb RAM. It depends. Since sending messages dont take that much memory, try testing in sandbox.
