RFC adapter ,CPI error

hello..

CPI-C error text: "failed to identify XML

document:org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Document root element is missing."

is the error with RFC as adapter..im able to get the request but not the response...

wot shud i do..?

Hi,

Can u tell me what is the rx. system..? ( is that a file system..?)

Also go to sxmb_moni and see what the error message is..?

hello siva...

well the rx is FTP ie the file systema nd in ythe moni im gettin message succesfully processed..

but in the payload, im not getting the response...

Hi Pramod,

you can check your RFC mappings :

/people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2005/09/16/xi-how-to-test-your-mapping-in-real-life-scenarios

also check if the RFC is giving the right response

(take values from XI payload)

BTW

you know that you have to use BPM (integration process)

when you're using sync RFC don't you?

well obviously we wre using BPM...

i think theres problem with the mappings...

anyways i think i need to check tht itself..and thanks for ur webblog..
