Response received from server didn't contain function module info

Hi

One of my user experiencing below error message when he tried to do the sync.

. Synchronization started.

. connection set up ( without proxy) to: URL9 It is correct)

.successfully connected with server.

. Processing of inbound data begin.

. <b>Response received from server didn't contain function module info</b>

I have verified previous logs in the MEREP_MON and everything looks fine. There is no logs on user requested transaction in MEREP_MON. Everyone able to use particular transaction successfully including myself (Except one user). I have verified dump and found no issues.

Any ideas appreciated.

Hi

I installed MI software for my client on my laptop. It was working fine. Then I asked him to delete the existing software and install it again. He had done that and it is working fine.

So I expect you do the same thing.

Hi,

if the message is like that - I guess then you use Generic Sync? In that case it is obvious that there is nothing in MEREP_MON.

Could you give me a little more background about the exact procedure and setup?

Could be anything from missing role/authorisation for that user,....
