How to know the IP of workstation from which a transaction is used?

Hi,

One of our user hit the transaction FB01 (create ledger) on 1st November 2007, I use T code STAD to get the details of it; unfortunately it gives me details of last 2 days only.

We can see the user ID in that GL, but I don’t know how to find the IP of workstation from which this T code is accessed. Please suggest me how I know the IP of workstation from which this transaction is used?

Regards,

Rajesh

Hi,

The only place I know is STAD.

I'm afraid that this info is now lost...

Hello Rajesh,

Goto tcode SM20N / SM20 - Security Audit Log. and use the Extras tab to get what you want.

I am sure you will get it.

HI Rajesh,

See if you can find anything in ST03. I have not checked yet.

Thanks,

Has the audit log been setup in SM19? That can record the transactions run and the workstations they were run from.
