does anyone know how to use this? how can i present to the user the page selection criteria?

Hi Chan

ITCPO is the structure wiht print parameters, the field in object is to choose which pages to print, you can fill it in this way:

- 4 -> print only page 4,

- 2-5 -> print pages from 2 to 5,

- -5 -> print pages <= 5

- 5- -> print pages => 5,

- 2,4-6,10- -> print page 2, after from 4 to 6, at the end => 10

Yes, that's the way i think it works. but can't it be done in a flexible manner? Like presenting the pages first before selecting which pages are to be printed? so that the user can have a choice instead of hardcoding it inside the program. thanks.

No, I don't think, because when you use this structure (I suppose we're talking about SAPSCRIPT or SMARTFORM) the document isn't printed yet, so it doesn't know the page number. You should calculate a possible page number before using that structure.
