Wrong status in DB13 for check data

Hi all,

we have a problem with the check data in DB13. After running the check data successfully the status in the DB13 becomes red (ended with error), but if I check the protocols (kndiagerr,..) there are no errors listed! I also checked db12. All verifies ended with returncode 0000.

I've read several notes,but didn't find one which fitted aur system (ecc 6.0, MaxDB 7.6.00 Build 33)!

Did anybody face the same error or knows the solution?

Lu,

you should open an OSS message with an open R/3 connection for this problem, and send us the logon data.

thanks for your answer! I wanted to see, if somebody else has the problem before opening an OSS message.

Before open an oss I have another question:

I just took another look into the DBA Action Log and there are some database messages RC=9999. I think that is the reason for the error status.

12-01 19:00:10 20071201190010 cdb sdb DATABASE 9999 20071201190010

I have read note 1001874, but we are already on SP10 for Basis. It's strange because we didn't change anything on our system.

Hello Lu,

-> Please review the SAP Note No. 1001874.

If you have Basis 7.00 Support Package 10, then the problem reported

in the note could occur on your system. The correction of the note included

in the Basis 7.00 Support Package 11.

-> Please let us know - what SAP Basis Support Package you have?

thanks for the answer! We are on SP 10 we will soon install the Basis Support Package 11. After that I will post the result here and give the points.
