We have an IDoc to File scenario
I want a system acknowledgement to update on the status of the file.
Now my understanding is that an acknowledgment is sent back to the SAP system each time an adapter retries should there be an issue. And only on the last retry does the Acknowledgement change the status in SAP to error... as in it is a permanent error....
However we do not get this permanent error even after the last retry... any body have any ideas
