hi gurus,

can anyone give me a solution to my question.

I have say some 10 materials in my company let it be M1 to M10.

i want to give credit only for a particular material M1.

if at all the credit limit of the material exceeds sys should automatically block the sales order.

u can do this create separate item catagory(which allows credit check) and inem catagory group for particular material and do the separate item catagory determination.

say the credit limit of Material M1 is 10000.if at all the credit value of the material exceeds in the sales order then sys should automatically block the sales order.

i do not think tht its possible to have material specifc limits. wat can however be done is create a new credit control area (cud be a prdct div) for all such mats and assign a separate credit limit for this cca.
