Import failed in CMS from XIQ to XIP

Hi all,

when i use the CMS transport XID->XIQ-XIP,

transport IR is successful to XIP

and about ID Transportation, it works well from XID to XIQ

but it failed when we transport some certain scenario, while <b>other scenarios are fine on transportation.</b>

i checked these two

One more thing i should say:

i created one business service in Scenario A, there is nothing in this business service, when i transport it from XIQ to XIP, it still failed when import in CMS

but some other scenario work well
