Hi all

i am learning HTTP to RFC scenario described in the following blog.

<a href="/people/community.user/blog/2006/12/12/http-to-rfc--a-starter-kit">http to rfc</a> .

<b>ie synchronously calling rfc from a http adapter for company details</b>

i configured IR ,ID objects successfully.

After testing the scenario thru RWB

by providing QOS :BEST EFFORT and other required sender details.message is successfully sent .

But in SXMB_MONI 2 error messages are displayed with correct sender service ,sender interface , receiver service and receiver interface in both messages ,

<b>error id is :ADAPTER_NAME_INVALID

error category:INTERNAL

error info:UNKOWN RECEIVER ADAPTER(NAME = RFC).

</b>

plz guide me solving the problem

regards

UDAY.

Hi,

THis is caused by some mess-up in SLD when the install is done.

Go to SLD, Content Maintenance, class XI Integration Server. There should be 3 associated objects (the last column). If you only have two, please let me know the names, so I will send you the missing one.

hi all

i have tried the solution given in the URL

<u> </u>

in my SLD too content maintainence--class:XI integration server it had only 2 associations

Then I tried to add the New association as <b>XI Sub-System-Viewed Application</b>:

But it has different ASSOCIATION TYPES:

(Application system ,BC Application Server, BC Central Service Instance,

BC Gateway, BC Message server ,BC System, Data base Instance, Sap J2EE Cluster,

Sap J2EE Engine Instance, Sap J2EE Engine Servernode ).

I tried with <b>BC System</b> as ASSOCIATION TYPE for the third ASSOCIATION

after that i <b>restarted the server</b> in SLD-ADMINISTRATION

then i looked for the CPA Cache Monitoring in <u>http://<host>:<port>CPACache</u>

checked for the cache update history .<b>status was RED</b>. and the message in XML was

<u><b>COULDN'T PARSE CONFIGURATION DATA CACHE UPDATE XML STRING FROM DIRECTORY</b></u>

plz let me know whether i chose the correct ASSOCIATION TYPE if it is correct

then plz tell me how to correct the error ADAPTER_NAME_INVALID .

plz help me in solving this problem.
