How can we select multiple values or keys from dropdownUIElement.

Drop down UI element is not for that purpose.
If you want any such functionality you need to have your own methodology.. may be you can try out others suggestions like creating a table in pop up and all..

From dropdownUI element you can select only one element at a time.
If, you want to select multiple itmes then better to use table UI element instead.

A drop-down list is by definition a 1-from-many selector. if you need to select multiple values ; use a checkbox group or a table UIElement

Create a pop up window with a table in it and define ur custom drop down...!
