Hi,

If I understand your question correctly,

the user id and password on SAP is client dependent.

you can setup the user and chnage the password

by using transaction code SU01 after logon each client.

Hi,

Why you don't know the password of sap* and ddic for client 000?

The user is stored in the table of usr02.

Ofcourse the password is encrypted.

If you do not have the SAP* password then you can reset this to the 'default' by deleting the SAP* record from the user table (search for the word 'PASS' in the forum that matches your database) and updating the the system profile to allow for default SAP* logins.

That would at least give you the chance to log into the correct client and run the delete transaction.
