IRPT Pages Not Accessable

Hello,

We have been using xMII 11.5 on a Windows 2003 Server successfully for a long time. After recently rebooting the server we can no longer access .irpt pages. We can log in to xMII and we can successfully access .html pages that use xMII applets.

As far as we know no patches or configuration file changes have been done to this server.

We have tried multiple reboots, restarts of ServletExec, IISAdmin, WWW Services, etc. with no luck.

Any suggestions for getting this working again?

Mike,

You didn't by any chance move the web content out of the physical webroot folder structure into an IIS virtual folder directory did you? Even though htm and html pages will work, IRPT files will NOT work in a virtual folder path, so if http://localhost/NG/Folder/Page.irpt is how you are calling it then it needs to be in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\NG\Folder (or equivalent).

Otherwise, any error messages in the General Log?

Hi Jeremy,

We did not move any files and they are under the web root. It does not generate any error messages in the general log when this happens.

Any other thoughts that might help?

You can ignore this thread. We fixed the problem and it was no fault of xMII.
