J2ee engine stopped with exicode 66

Hello,

I hope many people got this problem before. I am using NW AS JAVA.. I am getting exit code 66 while i start sap mmc. J2ee engine is stopped......Even i could not login to config tool

in fact i am totally struck..

I checked the scenarios and from SAP note it is problem while syncronizing binaries(Bootstarp) ......And asked to send logs to CSS.....

while i connect to config tool, i am getting DB error..It is not connecting to DB.

Can anybody suggest the next steps..

I am not sure the problem. Looks Like DB issues. Reinstallation solved this.
