HOw to insert Special Charcters in texts of XD02 or Script

Hi,

I want to change or insert this text Bērziņš Ušackas Dragiša in XD02 transaction. If we go to XD02 transaction and select the customer and press enter. You will got to go to the screen change customer - General Text. Then menu bar Extras--> texts and you will go to Change Customer : Head Office Texts.Double click on any item and we need to insert the words Bērziņš Ušackas Dragiša there. Can anyone of you help me.
