sales order value fix

How and where to configure the values for the sales order, which means for 10 lacs worth manager can release lower values respective designators can release the sales orders.

It is possible with workflow.Using the workflow, you can represent the whole business process, with all the people involved, for approving the credit limits within your company.

It can be done through workflow or

Through the userexit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK in program MV45AFZZ put a delivery block if the net value of the sale order exceeds above 10 lakhs and in the same user exit give authorization for only manager's username for removing the delivery block by VA02

Hi Friend,

This is not avilable in standard SAP. You have to cater with Z development.

In that Z development tak entry of sales order, and check the total value if it is greater than 10 lacs status should be <b>technically complete</b>;

Authorisation shoule be given to manager for change the status and transaction of Z program.

Hope it will solve the problem.
