SMTP error

Hi,

I have did SCOT configuration in SAP r/3 ECC 6.00.But while sending the mail I am getting following error message.

Moreover as per note 439948 I have check the connection of mail sever from SAP Server and I got same error and change the table entry SXNODES.But still problem is same.So please let me the solution for same.

There is problem with exchange server configuration.

Hi Harshal,

Seem like the SMTP server your trying to use have some sort of Authetication process that you haven't considered during your configuration "530 Authentication required"

Contact your Exchange/Mail team and enquire about it...
