url redirect

Hello All,

I have got a peculiar problem. Clicking on the User Management hyperlink in the J2EE engine start page is redirecting me to the portal logon page.Any ideas on how i can fix this?

Hello,

this is correct as long as you not had logged on. Enter username i. e. Administrator and password and you can start to manage Users.

However entering the username and password does not help .For some reason it is reloading the same URL always, the URL being

http://xxx:50000/logon/logonServlet?redirectURL=%2Fuseradmin%2FuserAdminServlet%3FgotoDefaultPage%3D

Hi,

the redirect URL is correct and should display the logon window.
