Object CL_SWF_XI_MSG_BROKER method SEND_SYNCHRON cannot be executed

Hi All,

I still have problems executing a synchronous send step.

I receive following error message:Work item 000000082957: Object CL_SWF_XI_MSG_BROKER method SEND_SYNCHRONOUS cannot be executed

Message no. WL821

Diagnosis

The calling of the object method for the work item ended with a return value for which no handling is modeled in the workflow.

System response

The work item was forced into the error status.

Procedure

Refer to your workflow system administrator.

Procedure for System Administration

Also check the binding between the task container and the method container”

I also specified a asynchronous send step which is working properly.

The interfaces and container elements are specified as described in the help and web Blog.

I am working on Maintenance Notification work flow using the template WS20000317.

I received the following error msg for an agent assigned to the standard tasks.

I was guessing if it cud do something with the authorisation object for the user. I had assigned SAP_ALL profile and tested again. This time it worked OK.

Can anybody tell me where the problem is???

There is nothing else specified.

I still try to send a synchronous message to BAPI_BUPA_Existence_Check.

Any hints?

No reference message specified when sending a response.

Hey Jochen did you fix this error?

My scenario is SQL>XI(BPM, Sync call to sap)->SAP-->BPM(Response from SAP) --->SQL. I am gettign error while executing RFC call to SAP. And it says tRFC already executed. Where could be the error???

I have seen the note but is not solving the problem.We have XI 3.0 SP12.

This error is comming only in few of the messages not every time.

Yes the rfc adapter shows a green bulp as I mentioned before the asynchronous send step works fine.

I guess so. The RFC adapter is configured properly the asynchonous scenario is working properly also with aplication acknowledgment the process is working fine.

Can u confirm if your RFC adapter that u ahve configured, shows a green blub in Adapter monitor..?

U ahven't mentioned which system u are using ( RFC/ DB/ HTTP).. i assume it is a RFC scenario.

Did u configure your Receiver RFC adapter properly..?
