We need mail delivey note to some ship-to partner, so we copy the 'Process Routine' and 'Partner Functions' for the medium 'External Send', it works with delvery note as attached in email.
We also hope to populate the title and body text in the mail with 'Mail Title and Texts' maintained for this output type, but it doesn't work, we just get the mail blank mail with correct PDF attachment.
So, how can we fix it?! is there any BADI or user exit for this?!
