SAP XI

Hi All,

I have one problem, when i logged on inot XI system and entered the SXMB_IFR transaction, the XI tool window (The Browser) is not opened. it gives the error like, 'The Page cannot be displayed'. What is the problem, how can i solve it. Anybody have solution, Please send the solution as soon as possible.

Hi Nagarjuna,

You have to restart the J2EE engine

the steps to do this is mentionaed below:

Transaction code "SMICM" -> administration -> local J2EE instance -> Restart with soft shutdown.

Hope this will solve u r problem.

i gone through that transaction SMICM, it shows the following error

Application stopped.

Details: You have requested an application that is currently stopped

How can i rectify this problem. Please revert back to me asap.

Hi,

Go to SMICM in XISelect Administration--->>>J2EE InstanceRestart--YES.

hi nagarjuna,

You have make host entry in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

open the host file and make an entry of the xi servername with its ip address

Hi Ramesh,

I made the host entry in C:
WINDOWS\systems32\drivers\etc. Again its not working and it shows the same problem 'The page cannto be displayed'. Is it required for any Java Webstart? Please revert back to me ASAP.

you need java webstart installed in your local desktop.

Hi Ramesh,

Java Web start installed in my system. Now sxmb_ifr is working. In XI tools window i m trying to open ID and IR, but it shows the error

Requested http://hexsap:50300/rep/repository/aii_ibrep_client.jar and unable to open Intergration Builder.

Please help me how to solve it.

You have to restart the J2EE engine/contact SAP BASIS team.

oi restart the engine follow :-

SMICM(t-code) -> administration -> local J2EE instance -> Restart with soft shutdown.
