Accessing SAP Server from Browser.

i have activated accessing the SAP Server through browser.

When i go to that URL and type the username and password I am getting the message " Logon Starting" and it is taking me to the same page to enter username and password.

I have a warning in the login screen with message <b>"No switch to HTTPS occurred, so it is not secure to send a password"</b>

I changed teh IP address to the machine name.

Hai,

check your Http service and the Http port in SMICM and check whether the services are running.. i think in the URL mention the http port, not https port.

try to check the HTTP port and settings in OS level and also firewall settings !
