Outbound Delivery TO going to wrong queue

Gurus,

In my client, the outbound delivery TO's are seperated in to different queues based on freight for shipping. Some of the TO's are going in to a wrong queue where the user could not confirm it because the staging area and door info is blank in those TO's. Could anybody explain where to check the configuration for this.

hi,

goto warehouse management----->master data--


>define picking area

check whether ur picking area is assigned to ware house and shipping area for deleveries(916).

and then define doors. check whether goods issue indicator is assigned to door or not.
