Hallo!
I am still facing with the authoriazation problem within Change Request Management.
The problem occurs, when I try to set urgent correction in Development (as Developer user).
I get the errors:
you are not authorized to perform the activity selected last
No maintenance cycle is open for the current system
The solution for this problem is to log in with user who has "SAP_ALL" to recheck
the correction.
Can some one give some suggestions with roles and authorization should have the following user?
I have implemented the following authorization concept:
REQUEST USER
SAP_SOCM_REQUESTER
SAP_SV_SOLUTION_MANAGER
DEVELOPER USER
Z_SAP_CM_DEVELOPER_COMP (composite role)
Z_SAP_CM_SMAN_DEVELOPER
Z_SAP_SOCM_DEVELOPER
Change Request Manager User
Z_SAP_CM_CHANGE_MANAGER_COMP (composite role)
Z_SAP_CM_SMAN_CHANGE_MANAGER
Z_SAP_SOCM_CHANGE_MANAGER
Test User
SAP_CM_SMAN_TESTER
SAP_CM_TESTER_COMP
SAP_SOCM_TESTER
Prod User
SAP_CM_PRODUCTIONMANAGER_COMP
SAP_CM_SMAN_PRODUCTIONMANAGER
SAP_SOCM_PRODUCTION_MANAGER
Administrator User
SAP_CM_ADMINISTRATOR_COMP (composite role
SAP_CM_SMAN_ADMINISTRATOR
SAP_CPR_PROJECT_ADMINISTRATOR
SAP_CPR_USER
SAP_SOCM_ADMIN
Operator User
SAP_CM_OPERATOR_COMP (composite role)
SAP_CM_SMAN_OPERATOR
SAP_SOCM_IT_OPERATOR
Thank you very much!
regards
Thom
