TIME OUT ERROR

Hi all,

i am working onn SRM 4.0 with the INternal ITS.After clicking on a menu on the homepage,I get the screen with the folllowing error messsage :

400 Session timed out - please log in again

I have increased the Time out parameter for that Service which was earlier not there but that hasn't made any difference.Please help.

Hi

Go to transaction SMICM

Goto->change

and change the parameter conn_timeout.

hi,

Thanks for the prompt reply..What changes do I have to make to the parameter conn_timeout ??

Initially the value was 5000 so i just increased the value but that didn't make any difference.Do we need to activate any services????

Sorry you need to change in the parameter

icm/keep_alive_timeout

Initially it would be 60 that is one min. You can increase it and then check

Hi Deepi

From the transaction SMICM you can change that.

Go to SMICM

Goto->parameters->change

When you click save . it will give message changes are not permanent. Click continue and it will save.

Or you can change from RZ10 if you have authorization
