hi sachin,
When you install SAP in your system default clients will be created(000,001,066) for non -ideas
SAP recommends not to do any modifications on default client. It recommends to create your own client(ex:123) and do client copy.here default client work as a templates for you. After client copy what requirements you want you can work on your own client(123)
We have 3 types of client copys
1) local client copy(sccl)
2)Remote client copy(scc9)
3)client export(scc7 & scc8)
i hope it will help you.

Hi..,
I think you know its a local Client copy(sccl) or remote client copy(scc9).
Size of the client is a factor, but it doesn't affect much, only in r.c.copy cases and for others with larger client it affects.
Just make a Test run before you do your client copy.
Thru' Test Run you can overcome the other factors.

Arun

It depends:
- on the profile you use to copy
- the number of users that will connect on top of your users to the system to that client

Hi,
there is not much to consider:
1. You have to set up new client (scc4).
2. You have to have enough space in db.
3. Run sccl/scc9 and start copy.
