Name of Alert is not displayed - Setup System Monitoring

Hi,

I am setting up system monitoring in Solution manager 4.0.

The names of the alerts are not displayed even after activating in setup system monitoring. It keeps displaying as "Short name TAB" or Indexes not created" for all Alerts in all satellite systems.

But in most cases the alerts are working and the threshold values are also captured.

Please do help.
