Table 'QALS'

Hello Experts,

I'm using 'Stock transfer inspection' (inspection lot origin:08) for stock transfer posting.

When I'm doing stock transfer from 'Unrestrcited to Quality' with movement type 322 through 'MB1B', inspection lot is getting generated.

After that I'm rejecting that lot in 'QA11'.

Now the problem is that, with the inspection lot that is generated I can not see 'Purchasing organization' under the table 'QALS' (Field Name: EKORG).

Because this field triggers my BW report.

Or is there any another table to find out purchasing organization.

Hello Mayur,

you could check that on inspection lot creation the field is filled by your own logic in the Exit QPL10001, this should help resolve the issue.

it is not always true that 08 inspections are not associated to a purchasing organization when inter company booking is active, it would be important to maintain a purchasing organization as described previously.

Stock transfer is not associated with purchsing organization, how can you expect the purchasing organization for insopetion type 08.

If it is inspection type 01 , it will definitely gets updated the field EKORG.

Just because the QALS has the filed EKORG it does'nt mean that it will get update for all inspection types.

we have to see the relevence of the particular field also.

the field "EKORG" is there in table QALS (Row no. 122 of 231)

Yes, you are right.

The field is there in table 'QALS' but it is showing blank entry though purchasing organization is maintained for the plant.
