How can I deal with the "...is read-only!" problems?

Today, after I finished the project, it shows many problems ending up whth "is read-only!".I don't know how to solve the problems.Would you please give me some help?Thank you!

Hi,

check the project files directly on the file system and remove any read only property from those files.

Thank you for your attention.But I am afraid that if I deleted all the read only files, the project will not be able to check in the server.And I check the other well checked in project,and find that the same files in that project also has the "read only" attribute.
