Error in SAProuter installation

Hi to all,

I have followed all step for install a saprouter, but i have the follow error message:

(when i start the service in "Computer Management")

"Could not start saprouter service on local computer

Error 14001: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling application may fix the problem."

(in cmd)

C:\>saprouter -r

the saprouttab file is in the same foleder of saprouter and there is only a line (ex."P 10.0.1.132 10.0.1.211 3299")

Where is the problem?

hi franco,

please check your network card. It seems that you have problem with your network card since it's only show loopback address.
