Any one tell me how offline pdf is work with guided prcedure

Hi,

I am new in guided procedure. My requirment is define as follows..

1. Business partner offline form is fill by client and when he/she press submit button at that time my crm business partner data have to be updated.

So can u tell me steps to resolve this type of problem in gp.

I thought that would be <u>your</u> job - why else would someone give you a set of requirements?

Anyway, here is a step by step procedure:

1) Develop a Guided Procedure

2) Test the Guided Procedure solution

3) If the test was successful, proceed to step 6

4) Change the Guided Procedure solution.

4a) If you get stuck, try reading the online help

4b) If the online help was not sufficient to solve your problem, ask your colleagues

4c) If your colleagues couldn't help with your problem, search SDN for a previously answered question. Search using Google as well, just in case.

4d) If no solution could be found in SDN, open a new question in SDN. Explain your problem in some detail. Describe what you have tried to solve or work around the problem.

5) Go back to step 2

6) Document solution

7) Hand solution over to customer
