HI Experts,
I have applied add-on ST and I want delete it. As of I know I think some of the things needs to be deleted from on table PAT01, PAT03 AND TEPSIN. Unfortunately, I have never done it. So, Can any one help me regarding this with some helpful steps?

the already added addons cannot be removed from the system, they add and modify new objects (reports, types and so on), so it's not just a few entry in the tables you mentioned.
Btw why do you want to remove it? As far as I know ST cannot make so big trouble for your system if you added it unnecessary.

There is no other way other than restoring the database in oreder to undo
the supportpackage or add-on related issues. The table which were
refering are just for support package queues.

I think this is not true. I am confident that there is a way to delete support packs beside restore from backup.

Rollback Support Packs is not possible... You will have to restore the DB from a Backup.
