Dear All,
We are using Service desk for project users to log issue messages. I would like to integrate Corporate e-mail service (MS exchange 2003) with Solution Manager so that users are notified my e-mail when new issue message is assigned to one user and when issue is updated.
Can any body guide me the process/configuration. I know the SCOT configuration and defining Mailserver name. Apart from that what are other configuration steps. We are using Solution Manager 4.0

Thanks for that Afi. My E-mail Integration is working after SCOT configuration. One thing I missed is mention of "domain" in scot as in " $$$.com"

You are good to go. Beside Scot, you dont need to setup anyting else for email.
