Hi

We are configuring workflow in SRM 5.0 gettings short dump saying Unable to read RFC destination WORKFLOW_LOCAL_500.

We found that user WF-BATCH is doesn't exist in SRM side.

How to get this user from backend or how to generate in SRM side which will come by default

Thanks

Ravi

Hi Ravi,

Looks like the RFC settings are not maintained correctly and so is the RFC user.

It shows both the systems are not communicating.

Use SM59 transaction in SRM and try to access the back end system and do the same using back end R/3.

Check whether the RFC user maintained in both the systems is same or not including the password.

Hope this helps in resolving your issue. Do update us.

Rgds,

Teja

Hello Ravi,

Go to SWU3 transaction and select F9 Auto customizing.
