I can't do technically complete(teco) for some Production Order

Hi,I can't do technically complete(teco) for some Production Order.the error massage is:Order 4027770: There are still reprocessing records. Postprocessing records for order 4027770 prevent technical closing.The ordre status is:REL DLV CNF PRC CSER GMPS MACM SETC .

Hi,

Goto COGI

Give the plant and material and execute.

you will get the error message.

Try to solve it. If not please revert back with the message.

OK,Thank you very much! But I want to know is there any effect if I use COGI to delete the movement record? And how can I to avoid this issue?

Lee,

Looks like there are some error records available for this order. Please execute transaction CO1P and COGI and clear the error records from there, once this is done you will be able to do TECO.

Please check the costing error and do a remediation for that error.

Check the logs during cost calculation, once your are done with the costing error you can go ahead and do the TECO.

There can be many other reasons also like -

Open Inspection Lots,

Open Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders

Please check the above possibilities and try to do TECO.
