Hi guys,
I work on an infocube in which we have for example :
ID : 1 creation : 01/02/2007 result : ok keyfigure : 7
ID : 2 creation : 17/02/2007 result : ok keyfigure : 7
ID : 3 creation : 21/02/2007 result : not ok keyfigure : 7
ID : 4 creation : 12/03/2007 result : ok keyfigure : 3
ID : 5 creation : 13/03/2007 result : not ok keyfigure : 3
ID : 6 creation : 15/04/2007 result : ok keyfigure : 12
So for each record created the same month, the key figure is the same.
But in the Bex, i have to display like that (for example) :
month 02/2007 result ok keyfigure 21
month 02/2007 result not ok keyfigure 21
month 03/2007 result ok keyfigure 6
month 03/2007 result not ok keyfigure 6
month 04/2007 result not ok keyfigure 12
month 04/2007 result ok keyfigure 12
But i don't want the "sum".... i would have this thing :
month 02/2007 result ok keyfigure 7
month 02/2007 result not ok keyfigure 7
month 03/2007 result ok keyfigure 3
month 03/2007 result not ok keyfigure 3
month 04/2007 result not ok keyfigure 12
month 04/2007 result ok keyfigure 12
I created 2 kf for resolve this problem : one with aggregation 'SUM', the other one with aggregation 'MAX'.
But it doesn't work.
Thanks for help.
Points will be assigned.
Cheers,
Vince.

Vince,
You need to select the 0calmonth into your rows and set the keyfigure properties as no aggregation.
Hope it has to work...
If still you have any prob then let us know...

result is just a characteristic... like a status or a creation date and ID.
result has two possible values "ok", "not ok".
In BW, for infoobject, there are one aggregation (sum, max, min) and one aggregation exception (min, max, last value, first value, ....)
Is here i have to select "no aggregation" or in BEx ?
I haven't to pot 0calday in row, because it must be in column in my report...
HI Vince,
Do u have 0calmonth in ur cube? If yes then drag that into the rows and keyfigures into columns....
